This is not an offering for sale and nothing in this Mountain House Interest Form or any marketing materials shall be construed as on offering for sale. This does not constitute an agreement, right or obligation to purchase or sell, a letter of intent or any similar instrument. The Vendor will not place a “hold” or “reserve” on the designated suite based on the Mountain House Interest Form. The registrant shall not have the exclusive right to negotiate an Agreement of Purchase and Sale for the purchase of a suite to be constructed in the development. Completing the above Mountain House Interest Form does not guarantee the option to purchase a lot in the designated phase or any other phase in the development. Only the number of people required to sell out the phase will be contacted for an appointment with a Mountain House at Windfall Sales Associate, therefore you may not be contacted. Should you be contacted by a Mountain House at Windfall Sales Associate for an appointment please note that unit and suite selections will be based on a first come, first served basis with the intention of completing the Vendor’s standard Agreement of Purchase and Sale. Without limitation, the Vendor may elect in its sole discretion not to proceed with the offering of residential homes in the development.
