Windfall 2c Form

Important Information: We appreciate and value your interest in our community. This is not an offering for sale and nothing in this 2C Interest Form or any marketing materials shall be construed as on offering for sale. This does not constitute an agreement, right or obligation to purchase or sell, a letter of intent or any similar instrument. The Vendor will not place a “hold” or “reserve” on the designated lot based on the 2C Interest Form. The registrant shall not have the exclusive right to negotiate an Agreement of Purchase and Sale for the purchase of a home to be constructed on the lot of interest. Completing the above 2C Interest Form does not guarantee the option to purchase a lot in the designated phase or any other phase in the development. Only the number of people required to sell out the phase will be contacted for an appointment with a Windfall Sales Associate, therefore you may not be contacted. Should you be contacted by a Windfall Sales Associate for an appointment please note that lot and model selections will be based on a first come, first served basis with the intention of completing the Vendor’s standard Agreement of Purchase and Sale. Without limitation, the Vendor may elect in its sole discretion not to proceed with the offering of residential homes in the development.
